OUR CORE WORK
Overview of REHOCT-CBO Governance
REHOCT-CBO has a unique leadership and governance structure whereby all its organs ensure grieving and vulnerable children and adolescents are at the center of its decisions. REHOCT – CBO relies on and considers their ideas and suggestions firsthand in designing and implementing its programs, projects, and activities. At REHOCT-CBO, the decisions are taken democratically in meetings by voting, and only two thirds of votes make a decision valid for implementation. During votes of passing a decision in regard to beneficiaries, the meeting participants should consider that the motion/idea/suggestion brought in front of them to vote for has deeply taken into consideration the opinions/suggestions of the targeted beneficiaries in the community we help.
