This organ is composed of a blend of members coming from REHOCT-CBO and the community under our legal geographical coverage. The Board of Directors is appointed by the General Meeting to oversee general organization operations, including administrative and financial
performances; set strategic direction; provide guidance; and hold the Programs and Projects Implementation and Support Office accountable to help the organization fulfill its vision, mission, and objectives. The Board of Directors receives and implements directives from the General Assembly to advance the organization’s purpose. The Board of Directors meets twice a year or any time when the need arises.
